FAQ
Can I pick the location?
YES! I am based out of Wichita, KS and it's free for me to travel in the surrounding cities. Please let me know ahead of time to be able to plan accordingly. There will only be a travel fee if traveling more than 30 miles. *Entry fees to museums/gardens/etc will have to be paid by client if they requested that location.
How long should I expect to receive photos?
Depending on the length of the session, it can vary. I try to send photos within two weeks. For events, it may be a little longer depending on length and package.
How do I receive photos?
For sessions shorter than 2 hours, I will provide a link to my website for an easy download to your phone or computer. The link is shareable to friends/family where they are able to download as well. In some cases, I will provide a thumbdrive and/or print them.
When do I pay?
I require a deposit up front to book the session (typically $20 or 20% based on type of service). The remaining balance will be due the day of the session, but you are always welome to pay ahead of time.
What if I cancel?
Deposits are non-refundable. If you paid more than the deposit and cancel more than 30 days from session, I will refund that amount. It's always best to keep me updated! I'm very understanding and would try to reschedule to a better date and the deposit would still be applied. Rescheduling can only be done once before a new deposit is required.
Will you display my images on social media?
All photos taken by me are copyrighted by me as well. I use the photos I have taken for my own marketing purposes and you may find them on this website, facebook, instagram, or any other platform I may have.
